Product Introduction
The On-Load Tap Changer Characteristic Tester (Industrial PC) has functions of displaying, analyzing, storing, and printing the measured data. It solves the problems of outdated measurement methods and lack of dedicated testing means for on-load tap changers of power transformers. It can promptly diagnose potential faults of on-load tap changers during preventive tests of power equipment and transformer overhauls, which is of great significance for improving the reliability of power system operation. According to the "Regulations for Handover and Preventive Tests of Power Equipment", it adopts testing principles and microcomputer technology, enabling testing of the performance of on-load tap changers of various power transformers without disassembling the transformer or lifting the switch, and displaying and printing the waveform and parameters of the transition process. The tester is a comprehensive measuring instrument used to measure and analyze the electrical performance indicators of on-load tap changers in power transformers and special transformers in power systems. It is controlled by a computer and through specially designed measurement circuits, it can measure parameters such as transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, and three-phase synchronization of the on-load tap changer. It can be directly connected to the tap changer leads for measurement as needed, or directly connected to the transformer three-phase bushings and neutral point for measurement.

Precautions:
1. Check whether the test leads are correctly connected.
2. When using the instrument, after connecting the power supply, warm up for 3 minutes before starting.
3. If the instrument malfunctions or starts abnormally by mistake, press the "Reset" button to terminate the test, and proceed with testing after checking and adjusting.
4. When the instrument is in testing state, do not turn off the power or disconnect the power supply line without resetting.
5. When changing paper, be sure to turn off the instrument power before replacing the paper.
6. When the tap changer does not operate, the instrument starts measuring by mistake.
